I am an energetic, passionate, and engaging group fitness instructor that is trained is a variety of Les Mills programming. I take pride in my ability to engage an audience and create an atmosphere that is encouraging, motivating, and fun. My comfort is a group fitness environment is very high as I currently teach to class sizes that can reach as many as 80 participants. I have taught classes that for adults from 18 years of age into their 80's and adapted my style to meet each of their need from my 12 years of group fitness instruction experience. I have instructed classes including spin, cross training, Les Mills Body Attack, Les Mills RPM, Les Mills Sprint, TRX, and MVE Pilates.
