Kevin Bradley

My Mom began to teach me how to play tennis when I was 11 years old and it was love at first hit. Since that time I have played varisty tennis throughout highschool and also was on the Pennsylvania State University Brandywine campus team in college. In 1997, following graduation from Penn State I as well as a stint in London fwhere I worked for the Council on International Educational Exchange, I took a position teaching tennis full time at the Upper Main Line YMCA in Berwyn, PA. 

I taught all ages, from 3 to 70 years old. In order to do this I became USPTA certified and had the opportunity to instruct group classes for kids, teenagers and adults as well as private lessons. I loved every moment. I had a fantastic boss, Mark Townsend, and amazing team of instructors. Those 4 years of teaching were both fulfilling and fun.

I now work for a not for profit group, LeadingAge, in Washington DC. I am the Associate Director of Education, working on our leadership and distance learning programs. I play tennis in and around the DC area and while I do not still teach, my love and respect for the sport remains.
