John Schiro

My name is John Schiro and My knickname by Jack.  I have been a passionate proponent of tennis from a young age and was ranked in the top 5 in Wisconsin throughout my junior tennis career and was ranked as high as #1 in 2006.  In addition to being an accomplished junior tennis player, I was also a successful college player and played #1 singles at Carthage college in Kenosha, Wisconsin.  I was conference champion in 2006-2010 in both singles and doubles and qualified for the NCAA tournament in 2006-2010 as well.  From a coaching standpoint, I have been teaching tennis as a part and full time tennis pro at a number of well respected clubs and academies in the area including, Elite Sports Club, Paley Tennis Academy, Mequon Country Club and I was the tennis director at Brynwood country club in 2008 and 2009.  I have instructed private, group and charitable tennis classes for handicapped children.  I look forward to joining your team as a disciplined tennis instructor and staunch advocate for the sport at the collection of well respected hotels and resorts participating in this program.
