These are just a few of the qualities I possess and share with my colleagues, friends and family. I fancy myself as a health nut allergen-free guru because that’s my lifestyle – healthy, active, plant-based, allergen-free – which I share as a solution to those dealing with various health issues, environmental or food allergies and sensitivities. With my entrepreneurial, trailblazing, marketing and training background with over 20 years combined corporate, business, academic and recreational experience, I also see myself as a communicator who listens and can quickly adapt her message to her audience, a catalyst for change and even a role model (who still has plenty of room to grow). I love pushing boundaries and cultivating my passion for health, my own plant-based allergen-free cookbook being one such example.
