Stacy Johnson

Stacy has been teaching group fitness classes for 10 years, and has been a Master Trainer for Beachbody Live and Warrior Strength.  She holds her ACE Certification in Group Exercise and NASM Certification in Personal Training, among numerous specialty certifications in formats like indoor cycling, HIIT strength training, kickboxing, and mind/body techniques. She's experienced working with people of all ages, body types, and fitness abilities, and believes that fitness should be functional, fun and accessible for all, and absolutely loves helping people progress to new levels and reach whatever goals they have. She has a Masters in Social Work, Bachelors of Arts in Psychology that she put to good use as a full-time Certified Health Coach. And when she's not working, you can find her camping in the summer or skiing in the winter with her husband, 2 children, and 2 dogs. She also loves to travel and share a good meal, good conversation and tasty libations with friends
