I am a group fitness instructor and enthusiast! I have been actively participating in a variety of group fitness classes for over 20 years. Some of my favorite include... bootcamp, HIIT, TRX, cycle, step, kickboxing, yoga, aquafit, dance, barre and power barbell. I have been teaching a variet of group fitness clasess since 2017 which include bootcamp, HIIT, weights, core, stretch and yoga. I also enjoy volunteering in my childrens school to share my love of fitness and yoga with the students. When I'm not in a group fitness clasess, I am on the gym floor working out with weights and fitness machines, or outside running short and long distances. I have completed a full marathon, a couple half marathons, and a number of other road races. I also enjoy spending time outdoors swimming, golfing, downhill skiing and snowshoeing. Fitness is always a part of my holiday experience whether its in a gym, on the beach, or running and walking.
