Nicole Van Logtenberg

I enjoy taking on challenges and leadership roles. My experience, diligence, and positive energy inspires people to master their health goals. I can coach them to build their strength and endurance. Advance their knowledge and practice in nutrition. I believe that with a happy and healthy body and mind, anything is possible.

I am a very outgoing, fun spirited person living an active lifestyle. I love meeting new people and coming up with exciting ideas and activities for people to enjoy themselves. I have a great appreciation for life and its oppurtunities. I have a strong work ethic and tremendous amount of energy.

I am presently a personal trainor, spin instructor and yoga instructor. I teach a variety of classes like spin, weight lifting, body weight exercise, weightlifting, vinyasa yoga, kundalini yoga and SUP yoga. I work well with people of all levels. I am able to make modifications for beginners and still keep the class interesting for advanced clients. In my classes I incorporate an upbeat, exciting challenging workout with relaxation and peace.
I am very knowledgeable in nutrition, exercise and the anatomy of the body. Which helps me create balanced fitness plans for individuals based on their needs.
