Whether members are just starting out or advanced in their yoga journey, I help them move with ease and provide options for all levels. With an adult education background, I provide a safe space and guide others to move and challenge their breath, mind and body. I have experience teaching classes at all levels and currently teach private and group classes. I would love to assist your cohort in working their way towards being the best version of themselves and building a confident and positive attitude towards their bodies. Approachable, patient and friendly, I teach with a smile and love chai and chats.

 

I enjoy a yin yang styled class and hold a Certificate III in Fitness (Australia), 200 RYT, First Aid and CPR, and am Certified in Body Balance (Les Mills)

I have recetly completed 20 hours of Trauma informed yoga through the Trauma Centre and Elixr Pilates Reformer Fundamentals.
