Kelly discovered yoga at just the right time in her life – the year of 40! As it turns out, it was also when she was finally open and ready to explore the many benefits of the practice. Earning her 200-hour teaching certification in December 2015, through Hot Yoga Revolution, and with a background of running and weight-lifting, Kelly offers a challenging and fun class. She believes that a great playlist and encouraging words provide everyone with a stimulant for the mind, a hug for the spirit, and a kick in the tush for the body.
