Rachel Sayers

Rachel graduated one of six on the Dean’s List, out of thirty- five students in the massage therapy program at Lambton College; one of the best schools for massage in Ontario.

Rachel’s first experience with massage was very informal. When she was 18 years old, her father was diagnosed with a herniated disc. The doctor did not expect him to ever walk again yet her mother and Rachel massaged the spasms out of his back on a daily basis until he regained his ability to stand and walk independently. Rachel has seen firsthand the devastation that stroke, cancer and diabetes has had on her family members. She has since learned how to treat these and many other conditions through massage.

Rachel’s experiences during college; at the school operated clinics, at the Sarnia and Petrolia hospitals, Marshal Gowland Manor and volunteer sports settings, and at Massage Addict has allowed her to witness the relief that patients have felt as a result of massage therapy when with faced with similar afflictions.

Rachel’s current skills include: Relaxation, Deep Tissue, Sports Therapy, Myofascial Release Techniques, Structural Integration, Trigger Point Therapy, Pre/Post-natal, Hot Stone, Scalp, Foot and Hand Massages.

Rachel is fully registered and licensed with the College of Massage Therapists of Ontario (CMTO), and the Registered Massage Therapists Association of Ontario (RMTAO).
