Michelle Egan

Michelle Egan believes yoga can help transform us physically, spiritually and emotionally. By linking breath with movement and tuning into our bodies and our spirits, we are better able to handle life's challenges and appreciate its blessings. Michelle has practiced yoga for more than two decades and became fully aware of its benefits beginning a regular practice in 2010.  She is certified to teach yoga through Marianne Wells Yoga School and holds a RYT 200 certification through Yoga Alliance.  Her teaching style incorporates vinyasa flow elements and a range of seated, kneeling, standing and supine postures.  She teaches students of all abilities, including those with special needs and physical challenges. 

Michelle is also trained to teach High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) and is a regular instructor for Fit Body Boot Camp.
