Judy Alfaro

I am a Zumba Instructor. I love what I do. I currently work at nysc and Crunch in Westchester NY. I love to travel. I would love to do what I love while on Vacation venues. 

I am certified to teach Aqua Zumba. Zumba Gold which certifies me to teach the elderly, handicapped and kids. I teach regular Zumba, Abdominal, Glutes, and Thigh and leg work. I also teach Zumba Burst which is a very high intensity Zumba. I am also certified in Zumba Toning which works with weights. As an RN and Interfaith Munister, I love working with people on a fitness level.
