Heather Doutrick

Hello, My name is Heather Doutrick and I am a native Floridian (I love yoga, the sun and the beach!). I have been practicing yoga since 2008 and I am a certified Hot Yoga Instructor. I fell in love with hot yoga about 4 years ago and decided that this was for me and I wanted to know more. In the beginning it was meant to be a purely physical journey; however, the mental focus and stress reduction completely changed and deepened my understanding of what yoga could/would do for me. That is why I became a yoga instructor. I completely let yoga into my heart and enjoy sharing my love for yoga with my family and friends. Teaching, sharing and learning are my passion inside the yoga studio and as an elementary school teacher. Teaching is an integral part of my world, so what better place to continue my passion but to combine two things I love to do, yoga and teaching. I believe that yoga is a continual experience of growth and development that positively impacts the lives of people who accept yoga into their world.

I opened a hot yoga studion in Palm Coast, Florida over 5 years ago and that business has been strong ans sharing the love of yoga. I have 11+ instructors and offer more than 30 classes per week.
