Yoga has been a part of my life for over 10 years, and my practice has helped me heal, grow stronger, and become more flexible, both on and off the mat.

I completed my 200 hour Vinyasa Yoga training at the Yoga Garden in Narbeth, PA. I continue to be a student and believe in always learning and growing my practice.

My classes are non-judgmental and I encourage students to explore their own yoga boundaries, whether that means backing off or making their practice more challenging. I like to weave in thought-provoking philosophy and exploring the symbolism of ancient yoga teachings. Overall, I like to create a comfortable environment to help students explore their true selves.
