I have been an instructor and personal trainer for 20 years. I have worked with ages from 16-84 years old. I try to help people be their best fit they can be.
I have worked at a few larger gyms, and a few smaller one on one places. I believe fitness is so much more then what ones body looks like. I have been a fitness coordinator for 4 years at a 16,000 square foot gym with 1100 plus members.
I am an instructor for IFTA fitness, teaching ceus, cycle and group fitness certifications. I have taught TRX prior to there being a certification.
I enjoy helping people meet their goals and be the best they can be. I love mixing it up and using a variation of equipment and accessories to help clients/class participatnts from getting more and stale in their workouts. Functional fitness and flexibility is a great key to a fit life both physically and mentally.
