My fitness journey began in 2010 I didn't want to have back problems for the rest of my life, so I joined a gym to get strong. After a few months I began taking Kung Fu and later on, Kickboxing. I did those for a combined 11 years.
Through fitness I have found my best-self,
I decided to turn my passion into my career and acquired my personal training certification.
For me Training is not about just being physical strong but it’s about be able to mentally and physically overcome the obstacles that happen everyday in my life.
I have a strong mind/body focus and believe you can achieve anything you set your mind too.Sometime taking the first step is the hard part but proves to be the most rewarding.I utilize a wide array of training styles including strength training,metabolic conditioning interval,TRX,Ketlebell.Using the right combination of methods specific to your goals.I can help you achieve your health and fitness goals.And make you to be the best version of you.
