Becky Puckett

I'm a former nanny, a proud parent and a local preschool teacher. She began practicing yoga eight years ago while working as a nanny. When her son was young, she noticed that he loved doing yoga along side her and would incorporate him into asanas. As a preschool teacher, Becky incorporates yoga as a daily mindful activity for her students. She furthered her education with Kidding Around Yoga and became a certified children’s yoga instructor and is RYT200 certified. As a parent, yoga has become her time for self discovery and solitude.
