For me yoga is a lifestyle and a path to live a more healthy and joyful life with results of a stronger, more flexible body and a calmer mind. I've been practicing yoga for 4 years and have a 6 day a week Ashtanga yoga practice. I'm a 200hr RYT and still continue my studies with my teacher. In my classes I welcome all levels of practioners or first timers, I focus on guiding a moving meditation by connecting breath with movement. My classes are vigorous and strong but still keeping the beginners mind making sure to keep a soft and sweet calmess as we flow. I instruct pranayama along with safe modifications while at the same time making sure to build strength. I would love sharing this practice with you!
