Lourdes Cervantes

I'm a social, bubbly, energetic yogi!  Originally form Detroit, MI; I'm now settled in Dayton, OH quite comfortably.  :)  

I'm a mama of two boys.  I'm an Aunt.  A sister.  A daughter.  A friend.  A yoga instructor.  An adverturous soul!

Although, I hold a degree in social work, I now teach yoga full-time while juggling the homestead...all with a smile and a happy heart.

I'm very much a people person.
