Jessy Bugg

Jessy has been practicing yoga for 15 years and has been teaching for the past 5. She has an E-RYT 200 Certificate and plans to complete her RYT-500 before the end of the year. She specializes in teaching Vinyasa (Power Flow), Sculpt, and Restorative yoga. Jessy's classes focus on having fun, staying present, and challanging yourself. In 2016 Jessy started her own small business, Colorado Corporate Yoga, bringing yoga into the workplace to manage a healthy mindset. Since then she has worked with many different businesses in Northern Colorado, including breweries, tech companies, and schools. 

Aside from her passion for teaching and practicing yoga, Jessy is an avid lover of the outdoors and can be found hiking, running, climbing, and enjoying the unpredictable weather in her home state of Colorado. She is also a professional artist, ametur photographer, blogger, and mother. Her greatest accomplistments are her beautiful daughters.
