Samantha has been in the fitness industry for over ten years and she has been spinning for four years. She has her certification in Indoor Cycling with Schwinn Fitness. "Exercise has been a very large and healing part of my life in so many different ways. I hope to share with others what I've experienced by teaching classes that people actually look forward to coming to. I want them to leave feeling completely refreshed mentally and physically. My classes will bring high-energy fun!"
