Shannon Betters

Shannon Betters was given the Sanskrit name Avishi by her teacher Saraja at Grounded by Yoga at her teacher training graduation in early 2017.    She is certified by the Yoga Alliance as a Yoga Instructor (200 hrs).  Shannon has also taken workshops in Brisbane, Australia and had the privilege of teaching at both Sandals, Negril and Beaches, Montego Bay for a month during the spring of 2018.  Shannon taught for a year at Betters Yoga & Meditation in Webster, NY before she left for Australia.  The studio has since closed.  Shannon now teaches at Grounded by Yoga with two locations in Bloomfield and Canadaigua, NY.
