Ian DiGiacomo

My name is Ian DiGiacomo. I was born and raised on Long Island New York and I currently reside in Rockville Centre New York. Health and Fitness has been my passion for as long as I can remember. I am one of the very lucky individuals who truly enjoys coming to work everyday. During my everyday life I get the opportunity to work with people from all walks of life. Their ages range from 12-90 and they all have different interests, occupations and goals. Besides the always intersting journey of getting to know people and their perspectives, the most satisfying part of my career is being able to guide someone to their goals. 

Hobbies of mine include competing in strength sports (Powerlifting and Strongman). I qualified and competed at the Amatuer Strongman National Championships in Reno Nevada, 2014.
