Robyn Kinnaird

I have been practicing and teaching yoga and Pilates for about 10 years. I original started practicing yoga and Pilates for the physical benefits. I was an aerobics instructor throughout the 90s and early 2000s and I was looking to add some more flexibility training to my fitness routine. As I began practicing yoga more and more regularly, I soon realized the benefits went beyond the physical. My practice brings me a sense of joy and peace and brings me balance when life gets hectic! My Pilates practice grew out of my need for something that involved strength and precision. As my love for yoga and Pilates grew and my practice became an increasingly important part of my life, I decided that I wanted to deepen my practice further by training to become a yoga teacher. I completed by 200hr teacher training in 2017 followed by Pilates in 2024. I am now happily sharing the joys and benefits of yoga and Pilates through teaching!
