Sarah Parris Bio
Sarah fell in love with yoga over 10 years ago. After trying every sport imaginable; step classes, swimming, running, Zumba you name it - and leaving every class feeling inept and less than the person next to her. She found yoga. From the very first class it was different, there was no “keeping up” or comparing to anyone else – only you and the mat. Through the practice of yoga, she found breath – which has changed every facet in her life. Sarah is excited to share yoga with the world.
Off the mat Sarah is a mom of two amazing kids, wife, friend, lover of the world. She enjoys mountain biking, hiking, all things outdoors and is an avid knitter. She completed a 200 YTT with Salt Lake Power Yoga – a Baptiste affiliate, and a 500 YTT with Centered City Yoga focusing on yoga therapy.
