I first became introduced to the Pilates Method around three years ago when I was looking for a change. I had always been in and out of going to gyms & never found something that I truly loved enough to stick with it. Once I started practicing, I was hooked & knew that I found my life's calling and shortly after I began the process of becoming a Certified Instructor and fully completed my certification in 2016.

 

Not only is Pilates FUN, but it is also the most functional form of fitness that I have yet to find. Whether I'm bringing it back to the fundamentals of Matwork or intensifying workouts with reformers or props, when working with clients one on one or in a group setting, I always describe the "What, Why & How" of the Pilates Method in hopes that everyone I work with can walk away with a better understanding of the biomechanics behind this functional form of fitness.

Pilates gave me the desire to really get to know the anatomy of my own body and to value and care for it in a way that I never had done before. 

No matter what age, shape, gender- I truly believe everyone can benefit from Pilates!
