I am a 24 year old personal trainer, group trainer, and dance instructor/trainer. I own BEAU Fitness, LLC. BEAU stands for blitz, escalate, and unify. BEAU is dedicated to eliminating the stigma that follows mental illness and helping others with health and fitness. I am certified as a personal trainer and fitness nutrition specialist. I also have a degree in dance from Winthrop University.
