Kara Niessen

Hi there! My name is Kara and I am Zumba and fun-fitness fanatic ;)

It's been well over a decade that I've been immersed in the wonderful and vibrant Zumba world in the United States. I credit so much of my personal growth, happiness, and physical fitness to this amazing community and I am excited for the opportunity to expand my horizons and dance all over the world!

I love fun fitness. I believe in moving our bodies in ways that we enjoy! If we do this, fitness doesn't seem like the arduous "work" many believe it to be. I am an avid dancer, weight lifter, and hiker. I teach 2 Zumba classes weekly and climb mountains 2-5 times a week, which is why we live in the most beautiful state of Colorado!

Zumba is meant for everyone, and I am excited to help bring it to some incredible resorts around the world. Looking forward to dancing with you. Cheers!
