A dream came true when I became YogaFit certified October, 2015.  I was asked to become certified by JoDee Altman, manager at my gym, due to my love of Yoga and ability. 

I have been Yoga Teacher at the Center for Health Improvent located in Hays, Kansas since 10/2015.  I have taught Land, Water, Child, and Parent/Child Yoga classes.  I will occasionally fill in and teach HIIT classes as needed.  I prefer land yoga and have my own Hatha-based style.  I have a strong dance background which I tend to utlize in my classes.  Hands on streching is incorporated in my classes.  My classes are catered to the stundents specific needs that day.  I am able to change up my class on very short notice.
