Julia’s passion for health and wellness lead her into the industry over 11 years ago. Certified through the National Academy of Sports Medicine, she utilizes her knowledge and professional experience to support people in overcoming obstacles; opening a path that enables her to help them build the best version of themselves. Teaching people how to find their mind/body connection, or what Julia calls “Body Awareness,” is a crucial part of Health and Wellness. Through true movement, functional fitness, strength training, stretch therapy, balance training, nutritional guidance, corrective exercise, and integrated Pilates, Julia will get you moving in the direction you desire; designing a customized program for each individual.
“In order to live a healthy, strong, and balanced life, you must contain self awareness, both emotionally and physically. Blending the two, and finding that connection can be a struggle for many people – that’s where I come in. It is such a gift to watch the transformation happen. Being a part of a client reaching their personal wellness goals is extremely rewarding.”
