Former dancer and gymnast. I stepped on my mat for the first time in 2011 and have never looked back. Yoga brings me back to life, to who I am. To me, it's also a form of art and self expression by channeling messages of the body through breath and movement. This practice is designed to create a balanced relationship with the body and mind. I love sharing my passion of yoga with those around me. I guide my students through fun, safe, and challenging flows, with the ability to modify and adjust when needed.
