Bethany Williams

Bethany fell in love (literally) with yoga in the Fall of 2015. While she is relatively new to yoga, her passion for curiosity for fitness blossomed at a young age, eagerly trying her luck at volleyball, basketball, softball (one inning), soccer, tennis, track, pickleball, badminton, flag football, mountain biking, kayaking and rock climbing. While she is a St. Louis native, her pride for Kansas City shines bright, thriving off the community’s vibe for adventure and camaraderie. On and off of her mat, Bethany strives to better herself and to emPOWER others. By day, you can find her eating chocolate and packing hygiene kits benefiting people in need for her role as a non-profit event POWERserve planner. As a POWER YOGA instructor, Bethany strives to positively challenge, inspire and motivate her students through whimsical themes and exhilarating exercises for students of all levels!
