Fitness is something that I love. I can honestly say that teaching group fitness is the highlight of my day!  I love to watch people improve their health and fitness!  

My goal is to inspire others to put themselves and fitness first. Often we place ourselves (our health) on the back burner to others in our life (work, children, family). But to honestly take care of the “others” in our life, we need to take care of ourselves FIRST! I applaud anyone and everyone that takes 15, 20, 30, 45, or 60 minutes out of their day to workout. It means you have decided to put yourself and your HEALTH first.
