My fitness career began in 1990. After I took my first group aerobics class, I was hooked. With a background in competitive skating, I found myself in the fitness world and felt I had found my home. I began instructing fitness classes for Baltimore County Department of Recreation and Parks in 1990, where I still continue to teach. Over the years, new fitness classes have evolved. I have taken many certifications and licensed fitness programs to stay current on the newest trends. I currently instruct Zumba, Zumba Step, Aqua Zumba and Strength Training with Tabata. I have committed to stay fit for a lifetime.
I have been employed by American Airlines as a flight attendant for the past 30 years. I enjoy traveling around the world and finding new cities in which to work out and take fitness classes.
Through my fitness classes, I am able to inspire others to stay fit and lead healthy lifestyles.
