Located in Staten Island New York, looking to travel, meet new people, and teach yoga anywhere where the sun is shining.

Would love to teach the Sun Salutations to an early morning wake up group, or two.. A peaceful sunset yoga session combined with a light practice

I would love to share my love for the philosphy of yoga, the chakras and some hand mudras to off set the evening.  

Chair yoga can be beneficial to individuals with limited mobility or for an elderly individual.

Kids are welcome also.

I love to bring self awareness, self love and contentment to each individual in my yoga space.
