Sandra Ridle

After being a fitness enthusiast all my life, I decided to combine my passion for fitness, music, and dance and become a group fitness instructor.

Teaching several formats and constantly searching for learning opportunities keep my workouts innovative and effective.  I enjoy teaching Zumba/Dance, Strength Classes, Barre, Yoga, and Pilates.

My yoga class is a Vinyasa style that incorporates pranayama (breathing) practice, meditation, strength, and yin.  My Pilates classes are a fusion of a dynamic warm up, traditional matwork and vertical integration where the body, breath and mindful movement work together to strengthen the core, improve flexibility and improve overall health and wellness.  

I am an ACE certified group fitness instructor and have been teaching for ten years. I am also a personal trainer certified through the National Academy of Sports Medicine, and Nutrition Coach (ISSA)   It is my pleasure to share my passion for fitness, health and wellness with others, and I am so grateful for the opportunity to connect with people at each phase of their fitness journey.

Members tell me they love my music and that my classes are challenging, fun, inspiring and even "awesome."   I am always prepared and deliver the best class I possibly can.  Connecting with the members and trying to provide positive encouragement helps members relax and enjoy class, and we share ideas related to the mind and body connection.  I believe that the right combination of movement and music can transform a class into an experience. There is nothing like the energy created from group fitness or yoga/Pilates.

I currently teach Full Body Strength, Zumba, Shimmy Dance, and Pilates. I have been teaching yoga for several years.  There is always so much to learn!

My well rounded knowledge of fitness and mind/body movement can accommodate all types of vacationers at any age and fitness level and I look forward to sharing my passion for fitness and health ay your beautiful location!
