Tracey Carr

Nominated for ACE Fitness Educator of the Year, 2005 and Fitness Director of the Year, 2003, and previously Fitness Directors at Edward Health & Fitness, then Signature Fitness Club in Naperville, Tracey has had close to thirty five years of experience in the health & fitness industry.

Tracey is active and involved in many areas of fitness: as a lecturer to other fitness professionals; a consultant to companies for fitness education management and materials, including the writing and revising of education manuals, programs and workshops. She has been successful in many management roles and is particularly adept at creating and implementing new programming, driving revenue, and enhancing the long term stability of her teams.

Most recently she has the enjoyable task of working with the industry’s highest quality fitness professionals to build excellence in programming with several equipment companies including Lebert Fitness, and Core Fitness Roller (now MOTR), and most recently she is the newly appointed Education Manager for Liquid Trainer.

She is certified in dozens of areas of fitness including 200 hour Registered Yoga Teacher, Certified Thai Yoga Therapy Practitioner, ACE, AFAA, ISCA, AEA Aquatics, cycle, AAAI Yoga I, II & Yoqua, AASI Level I (American Association of Snowboard Instructors). She is a continuing education provider for more than 2 dozen programs and is currently finishing a Neuromuscular Massage Therapy Certification and NASM CPT. Other certifications include Pilates Instructor for mat & Reformer, BOSU, TRX, LTS, MOTR, Insanity, and Zumba, and she has featured in a pre-natal Pilates video as well as consulted for a series of Healthy Heroes Kids Videos.

She is actively sharing her passion to those who have decided to join the fitness industry and provides certifications for ISCA in multiple ares, including Group Fitness Instructor, Personal Trainer, Kettlebell, Yoga, Pilates and more.

She is always a proud mother of three.
