- I am an AFAA certified Personal Trainer and Group Fitness instructor and have been teaching group fitness for over 24 years. The energy and effort people bring to a class or training session makes me love what I do. Our bodies were designed to push/pull things, rotate/bend to pick up and reach for things therefore, to get moving and exercise is the first step in improving your health. As your body becomes more efficient and adapts to movements you need to choose fitness programs that are challenging and continually changing to function more efficiently.
