I have been passionate about health and fitness for most of my life. I taught high impact aerobics in the 80's, was a personal trainer and spinning instructor in the 90's, and now my main focus for fitness is vinyasa yoga. Ihave witnessed firsthand the healing and health benefits of yoga and I want to share these benefits with others. As an emergency room nurse for over 20 years, I saw firsthand what happens to people who don't take care of themselves. Today, as a professional speaker, author, lifestyle counselor and yoga teacher I help people stay out of the emergency room of life and help them breakthrough befroe they breakdown with a health crisis. It is my calling and my privilige to be able to guide and support people on their path the wellness, and have fun along the way.
