I am currently instructing and personal training for the City of Barrie, Waterfront Fitness and Pilates and in my personal fitness studio. I have had the pleasure of instructing Group Fitness classes for 35 years, everything from muscle conditioning and cardio to aquafit and yoga. I like to work hard and have fun in all my classes. I enjoy passing on the joy of fitness and I have experienced 6 other travel and teach vacations and look forward to meeting new people and sharing the fun of fitness and healthy living.
