In the past I did sports and coaching. I am married with 2 sons who play college football.I currently am licensed as a yoga teacher and fitness leader in sport conditioning. I have taught zumba and yoga classes.
I designed a gym & studio that I teach in. It is a gym that is a recovery centre for women.
I offer tips to help educate and encourage better nutrition to my participants. I teach about balance with body, mind and spirit and breathing practises.
I am also a published author, focusing on how fitness can be coping tool on overcoming obsticles in life and helping find that balance.
