Ali discovered the true power of yoga after giving birth to her first child in 2001. She found yoga helped keep her life as a wife and working mom in balance and was a great compliment to her passion for running. Her professional background in public health and corporate wellness drove her to pursue teaching yoga so she could share the wonderful benefits with others.  Ali’s classes are a challenging, vinyasa flow style with a blend of music to keep her students inspired and energized. Get ready to mindfully breathe, smile, and sweat as you open your body, mind and heart through this transformative practice of yoga. Ali is received her 200-hour RYT in 2006 and also earned a dual certification in life and health coaching through the Health Coach Institute in 2024.
