Anna is a Certified Yoga Instructor from Toronto, Canada. She began practicing yoga in 2010. Realizing yoga’s transformative benefits, she decided to complete her yoga teacher training (250-hour YTT) at Yoga Tree, a Yoga Alliance certified institution, in February 2016. Since then, Anna has been teaching regularly, specializing in Power Vinyasa (Flow) and Hot Yoga. Anna believes that yoga is more than being able to do advanced poses. She uses each class to teach fundamental poses and techniques based on alignment and breathing, balancing strength and flexibility. Her goal is to support students by cultivating clarity, curiosity, and confidence.
