Nicole vonAschwege

My name is Nicole vonAschwege. I was certified as a Group Fitness Instructor on June 14th, 2017. I am currently enrolled in the Nutrition, Exercise and Health program at the University of Nebraska-Lincoln and working on my Bachelor's Degree. I am also involved in the Track and Field team specializing in hurdles, the Fellowship of Christian Athletes, and the Athlete to Athlete Mentoring Program at the University. I am also working on my certification to become a Personal Trainer. My current employer is the Campus Recreation Center on both East and City Campus. I am extremely interested in the Health and Wellness field of study. I believe that for a person to truly achieve health they must focus not only on their fitness level but also their nutritional and mental health.
