Nancy McKay

Hi.  My name is Nancy McKay  and I am a certified Pilates Instructor (19 years) and Licensed Massage Therapist (24 years) and a Physical Therapist Assistant (8 years) .  I have worked in a variety of settings including but not limited to Health Clubs, Country Clubs, Physical Therapy clinics, ALF, Chiropractors and more. 

I have been wanting to explore this avenue of incorporating teaching and vacationing and now that my daughter has grown I am ready and excited!
