I am a certified Personal Trainer and Group Fitness Instructor. I hold 2 TRX certs and a diploma in Sports & Exercise Nutrition. I have Continuing education in Youth Training, Senior Training, Fighting Obesity, Flexibility & Balance and Rehab Therapy.
EXPERIENCE: I have spent literally thousands of hours in the gym personally and professionlly. I pride myself on my accomplishments as a trainer. I am inspired by my clients everyday.They are truly the ones who make me successful. I teach TRX, HITT, Tabata, Cycle, Aquatic classes, Strength class, Bodyshred, Bootcamp, Kickboxing, Kids Classes , Pilates, Yoga and more! And one on one Personal Training, Buddy Training and Small Group Training.
ENTHUSIAM: Fitness is more then trimming down to a size 4 or being able to run a marathon. Its about enjoying life, enjoying food and being there in 20 years for your family and freinds. My programs are for anyone and everyone. I work with a variety of people from Athletes to disabled. I assit my clients to create all-around changes in physical activity, nutrition and wellness. I can modify programs and exercises to match anyones ability and level. I love to keep it challenging but fun! Reaching goals is all about motivation!
