Lindsey Rae

I obtained my degree in exercise science in 2012 from Bastyr University in Seattle, Washington.  I am also an ACE certified personal trainer. I am certified in many different group exercise formats such as Les Mills, TRX, and cycle.  I live in the Seattle area with my fiance and dog and I work as an esthetician, personal trainer, and group exercise instructor.
