Karyn Brown

My name is Karyn Brown and I've loved fitness since I was a child. I was a cheerleader from the time I was 3 years old until all the way through college. I also participated in dance and track and field. In college I majored in psychology and minored in biomolecular science. After college, I decided to turn my passion for fitness into my career. I was first certified through AFAA as a group exercise instructor. I then went on to get my Zumba certification and my NASM personal trainer certification.
