Miki Russ

My name is Miki Russ. I am 39 years old, married for 16 years and have 3 wonderful children ages 14, 11 and 7. I have worked in the fitness industry since 1984 when I began working part-time at a local health club. I began teaching group fitness classes in 1989 and received my AFAA certification in 1991. I have taught regularly ever since. In July 2003 I was able to realize my dream of owning my own women's only health club where I continue to teach class and train clients on a daily basis. My business partner and I have enjoyed our success and currently have a membership base of over 2,500 women.
