For over a decade, I have immersed myself in the practice and teachings of yoga, nurturing a deep passion for its transformative power. As a certified 500-hour E-RYT Yoga Alliance instructor, I specialize in vinyasa flow and restorative yoga, creating an adaptable and nurturing environment for my students. Additionally, I hold certifications as a children’s yoga instructor (RCYT) with a trauma-informed focus and as an Ayurvedic Health Counselor, enriching my ability to provide holistic care and guidance.
My journey extends beyond yoga poses. I am a somatic breath facilitator, a sound healing practitioner, and a meditation coach certified through the Mindfulness Meditation Teacher Certification Program (MMTCP), where I had the privilege of training with renowned teachers Jack Kornfield and Tara Brach. Through these modalities, I emphasize meeting students exactly where they are, helping them connect with their bodies, fostering mindfulness, and encouraging them to deepen their intuitive understanding of themselves.
One of my greatest joys lies in sharing the ancient wisdom of Ayurveda, yoga’s sister science. I am passionate about empowering others to embrace its principles to cultivate vibrant health and balance in their lives. This mission aligns with my commitment to service, as I volunteer teaching yoga to incarcerated youth in juvenile detention centers, creating a safe space for them to experience peace and healing during challenging times.
I am driven by two core passions: exploring the world and using holistic practices to enhance well-being. Traveling allows me to connect with diverse communities and share the healing power of yoga, breathwork, sound, and mindfulness. By weaving these practices into my life and work, I strive to inspire others to embark on their own journey toward self-discovery, balance, and vitality.
